Certification of healthcare establishments is a national process designed to contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care. It is carried out by the Haute Autorité de Santé (H.A.S.).
It consists of a self-assessment carried out every 4 years on the basis of a reference system, the certification manual, followed by a visit by independent HAS expert visitors.
The Clinique de l'Alma was awarded "B" certification by the Haute Autorité de Santé in October 2019, i.e. with a recommendation for improvement.
