Your security at the centre depends on your identification (French Social Security Code - Art L 162-21).
The team is responsible for putting together your administrative file.
The documents you will need to provide for admission are as follows
The doctor will put together your medical file. You will be seen by a nephrologist at each session at the centre and once a week at the UDM and self-dialysis. You can have a consultation with the nephrologist outside your dialysis sessions, to review your state of health.
The centre is covered by agreements with the various paying bodies, and these rates are approved. The Caisses d'Assurance Maladie (health insurance funds) set the fixed rates for sessions and practitioners' fees, and information about the rates for reimbursing your transport costs is posted in the centre's waiting room. The centre's management is at your disposal for any further information you may require.
